- Take a deep non stick pan add oil in it. Then add fried grated potato, dried potato chips and keep aside.
- Then add mustard seeds, when the mustard seeds crackle add pea nuts, fried gram and saute for a minute.
- Then add broken red chillies and then switch of the gas.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, roasted coriander and cumin powder, grated potato and chips. Mix well.
- Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add poha and mix well.
- Switch on the gas and roast the poha till it becomes crispy on low to medium heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onions and lemon juice.
