  1. 1/2 cup broken rice
  2. 1 kg full fat milk
  3. 1/2 milk powder
  4. 1 cup mango puree
  5. 3 table spoon sugar
  6. Some saffron threads
  7. 1/2 Cup almond, cashewnut & watermelon white seeds

Instructions to make to make Mango Flavour Rice Kheer

  1. Soak rice for 1 hour. Boil it add 1 cup water. Check the softness of rice. If not proper cooked mashed it with the back side of ladle.
  2. Boil milk in heavy bottom pan, add milk powder. Boiled rice also add in milk. Stir it occasionally. Flame should be on mid.
  3. Add saffron threads also in milk. Milk & rice boiled till smooth & creamy texture. It take approximate 20 or 25 min.
  4. Keep aside for room temperature. Now make mango puree. Add mango pieces in grinder, make puree.
  5. Now strain it & cook it in a pan. It cooked for 4 to 5 min, to remove the rawness. Sugar also add in the puree.
  6. Puree keep aside for cool. Now roast dry fruits in a pan add 1/2 tea spoon ghee. At last add puree & dry fruits in kheer.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve it,garnish with more dry fruits..
