- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp dried kasuri methi powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 2 tbsp hot oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps to make to make Aloo Nazakat
- Peel the potatoes and skoop them from the centre and soak in the water.
- Heat oil in the pan and deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp.
- When it gets soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper.
- In a bowl mix all the stuffing material along with the potato pulp
- Fill all the mixture in the potatoes.
- In a bowl mix all the things of marination well.
- Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds.
- Place the potatoes on a greased tray. Preheat the oven to 200°c and bake them for around 15 minutes.
