  3. 100 gm maida / all purpose flour
  4. 1 tsp Oil
  5. as taste Salt
  6. as needed Water for kneading the dough

  8. 1 small potato boiled cut into pieces
  9. 1 medium size carrot grated
  10. 2 tbsp Sweet corn
  11. 2 tbsp green moong dal sprouts
  12. 1 tbsp Sev or BHEL murmure
  13. 1 tbsp mint chutney
  14. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  15. 1/2 cup curd/yogurt
  16. as needed Pomegranate seeds few
  17. as needed Grated cheese
  18. 1 tsp black pepper powder

Steps to make to make Indo western kachori

  1. Saute green moong dal sprouts,sweetcorn,add black pepper and salt.
  2. Make the dough by adding both the wheat flour and maida.add a pinch of baking soda and salt to taste as well. Add some oil and knead by adding the required water into a soft dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small puri shape and deep fry it.
  4. Crack open the puri in the centre and add sauted mixture. Then add boiled potato pieces
  5. Next add grated carrots,cheese, pomegranate seeds,curd/yogurt
  6. Add Sev/bhel murmure,mint chutney. And Finally you can tomato sauce and more curd as well. Serve instantly.
