  21. 3 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  22. 2 tbsp butter

Instructions to make to make Amritsari Aloo Kulcha

  1. Knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough.
  2. Cover with a moist cloth and rest for 2 hours in warm place.
  3. In a mixing bowl prepare stuffing.

  13. Finally, spread some more butter and serve aloo kulcha hot.
