- 2 cups All-purpose Flour or Maida
- 3 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3-4 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Sour Curd
- 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves torn
- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- FOR THE TEMPERING -
- 500 ml Curd
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
- 3-4 Dry Red Chillies
Instructions to make to make Mysore Bonda Dahi vada
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned. Keep aside for about half an hour.

- On a medium high heat, deep fry them dropping small balls few at a time in hot oil. Wet your hands a little before dropping them. Make medium sized dumplings as these will rise a little after frying.

- Whisk Curd with Salt adding little water to a smooth consistency. Add all the Bondas to it and mix well. Cover and set aside for sometime, maybe around 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the tempering and pour it over them. Give it a light stir and they are all ready to be served.
