- Heat oil in a deep fry pan or wok and drop a small portion of batter to the oil using 1 tbsp of batter in between your finger or can use your palm applying a little amount of water to make a round shape ball.In a medium flame keep strriing till it's golden brown.When the bonda turn crisp and well cooked remove them in a serving plate and serve with chutney of any flavour.You can also serve the bonda with a curd.
