  1. Take a bowl. Add rice and all Dal into it. Wash twice. Soak overnight. Next day drain the water and make a coarse paste of soaked material in mixer jar by adding little water. Paste should be thick. Not runny..
  2. Now add curd in this paste mix well.add little salt and let it ferment for 6-8 hours.
  3. Make coarse paste of sweet corn in mixer jar. Add the paste into fermented batter. Add salt, red chilli,turmeric, ginger garlic chilli paste and mix well. Add chopped coriander and make batter.
  4. Heat appe pan. Add 1/4 tsp oil in every well. When hot add little mustard seeds and sesame seeds in every well.
  5. Mix baking soda in batter and pours spoonful batter in every well. Cover and cook appe for 3-5 mins or untill brown and crisp. Now turn them and cook on other side for 2-3 mins without covering.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or Dahi.
